    ETS® Assessment Insights Workshops

Brought to you by ETS and the Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC), the ETS? Assessment Insights Workshops are designed to provide practical, hands-on training for institutions and academic programs that want to use student learning outcomes data for continuous improvement and accreditation initiatives. Participants will work with their own data, regardless of the assessment used, to create a "real-life" plan that optimizes, rather than burdens, their institutional resources.

"As the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment at MacMurray College, it became clear to me that our faculty and instructors lacked guidance on assessment. The workshop that Javarro Russell led on January 12 was extremely beneficial for our faculty. There was an in-depth discussion regarding assessment methods, data collection, correlation to learning outcomes, indirect vs. direct and many other relevant topics. Our faculty were appreciative of the knowledge they gained from this workshop and have already begun reviewing their current assessment methods and making revisions."

Allison Decker, Director of Institutional Research,
    MacMurray College, Jacksonville, Illinois
